Some clients find the usage of an FTP client confusing, or have not used it before.
We recommend FileZilla for its ease of use and compatibility with most operating systems.
You can find your FTP access details in Multicraft. When you reach your server's dashboard, you can click on Files -> FTP Access to view the information you'll need to log in with FileZilla.
You will be greeted with the following screen when you start FileZilla.
Host: The IP address that you will use to connect to FTP. (As seen in Files -> FTP File Access on Multicraft.)
Username: The username you will put in on your FTP client. (As seen in Files -> FTP File Access on Multicraft.)
Password: Use the same password that you use to log in to our Multicraft panel.
Port: The port you should put in. Most FTP clients use '21' as the default. (As seen in Files -> FTP File Access on Multicraft.)
